Exchanges for Non-Defective Parts

Contact us within 5 days of purchase.
A RGA # will be issued at this time.
The customer will pay all shipping charges.
The product  ordered must come back in original packaging undamaged.

PRODUCT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED OR INSTALLED FOR CREDIT!


Exchanges of Defective Parts

Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
A RGA # and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.
A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected for said defect.
Ground shipping service is used.
Product must come back in packaging undamaged.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING WILL NOT BE USED DURING THE RETURN


Return for Refund of a Part

Contact us within 5 days of purchase.
A RGA # will be issued at this time, No returns without a RGA
A refund will be given after parts are returned.
The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping will not be refunded.
All returns have a 20% restocking fee, Plus the cost of shipping for "Free Shipping" Items. Product must come back in the original  packaging undamaged and uninstalled.


ALL TRANS GEAR BOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISHANDLED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING THAT  RESULTS IN PRODUCT DAMAGE.

ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR SHIPPING DOC, 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT MAY OCCUR TO YOUR ORDER. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Rebuilt Transmission/Transfer Case Limited Warranty


ALL TRANSMISSIONS AND TRANSFER CASES ARE SHIPPED EMPTY. NO OIL HAS BEEN ADDED. IT IS THE INSTALLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO USE THE PROPER LUBRICANT AND AMOUNT OF LUBRICANT FOR THE UNIT PURCHASED.


INSTALLATION BY A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN OR REPAIR CENTER RECOMMENDED.


Warranty period is for 6 Months unless other wise noted.

Warranty dose not cover damaged due to lack of lube, contamination (water, fuels, etc.)  Modified vehicles from factory power limits. Installation error, faulty clutch components including pilot bearing failure. Mis use, heavy duty use over factory recommend limits, chipped teeth, bearing pitting due to faulty or bad vehicle ground. Improper installed PTO units,

No reimbursement will be made for but not limited to the following: Rental, Towing, Lodging, Loss of income, Interruption of employment, vacation or loss of  contracted work. Labor of installation or removal, diagnostic labor, fluids.


Warranty is for the original purchaser and can not be transferred.  

If failure of a transmission should occur during the specified policy period and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed by us, we will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer. Limited to replacement or refund of the transmission only and requires a Return Authorization number.

It is the express responsibility of the customer to contact and return the transmission at the owner’s expense to All Trans Gear Box. 

If after inspection of the transmission, it is found faulty due to parts or assembly, we will refund shipping charges.
